Syllabus: Patents Act, 1970 and IP administration

The exam is getting a lot tricky and highly engaging. Paper I is MCQs based with 50 questions of total 100 marks. One has to complete this paper in 2.5hrs, which gives 3min per question. Ideal time to complete each questions is 1min or max 1.5min. This gives enough time to revise it back and change any options.
Paper 2 is descriptive of 100 marks. Includes situation based questions and specification drafting.
